The process is the same for locals and foreigners except for a difference in fees and some requirements. If you read the application form, the requirements are clearly stated there. Compile the necessary requirements.

Consent of Instructor Form COI - UPLB Graduate School

I have been using this form for years since my MS. You should already have your SAIS account with you. Download and open the form and FILL OUT all the details.

You need to prepare this before the semester ends as they already hold a pre-registration for the next semester. You should have checked the schedule of the courses and consulted your adviser prior to submitting this. Also, check the professor of the course as he/she needs to sign. If you prepare and submit this during the pre-registration period, you should not have any issues during the actual reg period.

GWA Calculator - University of the Philippines

I have created a GWA calculator that can add up to 19 subjects. Just be sure to input CREDITED courses only that will count in your official GWA. Check your plan of study for guidance. This follows the GWA formula used by the UPLB Graduate School. This is applicable to undergraduates as well and other UP campuses.
